Miniature NBR O-rings are designed for compact grooves, small valves, micro-pumps and precision assemblies where dimensional control is critical. Hongjie supports sizes from ID 0.60 × CS 0.20 mm to ID 25.00 × CS 3.00 mm, with 30–90 Shore A hardness options and inspection available according to part size and project requirements.
Small O-rings require careful control of dimensions, surface condition and handling. This range is focused on compact NBR seals from ID 0.60 × CS 0.20 mm to ID 25.00 × CS 3.00 mm.
Available from ID 0.60 × CS 0.20 mm up to ID 25.00 × CS 3.00 mm for compact grooves and small-component designs.
NBR compounds are selected according to fluid exposure, operating temperature, hardness and sealing conditions.
ZEON NBR material options are available for projects that specify this material source or require controlled compound selection.
Hardness can be specified from 30 to 90 Shore A according to groove geometry, compression and application requirements.
Surface condition, flash and parting-line appearance are reviewed according to part dimensions and functional requirements.
Dimensional, visual and automatic inspection options can be reviewed according to part size, tolerance and detectable defect requirements.

The following values describe current manufacturing reference ranges. Final tolerances are confirmed against the drawing, compound, tooling condition and measurement method.
| CS RANGE (MM) | CS TOLERANCE | ID RANGE (MM) | ID TOLERANCE |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.20–0.50 | ±0.03 mm | 0.60–3.00 | ±0.05 mm |
| 0.51–0.80 | ±0.04 mm | 3.01–5.00 | ±0.06 mm |
| 0.81–1.00 | ±0.05 mm | 5.01–8.00 | ±0.08 mm |
| 1.01–1.50 | ±0.06 mm | 8.01–12.00 | ±0.10 mm |
| 1.51–2.00 | ±0.08 mm | 12.01–20.00 | ±0.13 mm |
| 2.01–3.00 | ±0.09 mm | 20.01–25.00 | ±0.15 mm |
These values are manufacturing reference ranges rather than a blanket tolerance standard. Critical dimensions and acceptance criteria should be confirmed during specification review.
Inspection methods should match the actual part dimensions and the defects that need to be controlled. Automatic inspection can be evaluated according to cross section, contrast and detectable defect limits.
Dimensional Checks
Visual Criteria
This range is intended for compact sealing positions where NBR is compatible with the working medium and available groove space is limited.
Small O-rings can be damaged or misplaced more easily during assembly. Groove design, edge condition and handling method should be reviewed together with the nominal O-ring size.

Do not stretch miniature O-rings more than necessary during installation, especially when the cross section is very small.
Avoid burrs, sharp edges and exposed threads that may cut or nick the sealing surface during installation.
Use clean handling and storage conditions to prevent dust, fibers or oils from contaminating small sealing surfaces.
Confirm groove dimensions, compression and installation clearance before finalizing the miniature O-ring size.
